Course materials provided to you are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission from Rampoblind.
The prices for our courses and services are listed on our website and are subject to change. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment for courses must be made in full at the time of registration unless an installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, electronic funds transfer, and other methods as indicated on our website.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the card.

Rampoblind reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by Rampoblind, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services or contact us to request account deletion.

Rampoblind does not guarantee that participation in our courses will result in specific outcomes or improvements in your public speaking abilities, as results vary based on individual effort, practice, and application of techniques.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the website thereafter.
